We are looking for a Patient coordinator who can mature into a Practice Coordinator in a year or so:
Minimum Qualifications:
32-40 hours/week M-Th 8-5 and Fridays 8–3 (will start 1st November 2023)
A complete understanding of computers and electronic medical records
Must have at least three years of experience in healthcare in an outpatient clinic setting.
Excellent customer and phone skills
Must have through knowledge of healthcare billing (no insurance billing)
Must have a thorough knowledge of cosmetic surgery/procedures and have great sales skills.
Multi-tasker and is an excellent team player.
