Before you see Dr. Panchal:
Lori Cooper: Lori has been at our office as a patient
coordinator since we started in 2005. She specializes in patient care services
and you will most likely talk to her to arrange for your initial consultation.
She is responsible for your appointments, sending you information about Genesis
prior to your initial consult. She will greet you when you arrive here. She
coordinates all your future appointments. She has over a decade of experience
in patient care coordination.

While you see Dr. Panchal:
Tonya Britt MA: Tonya has been Dr Panchal's medical assistant since 2006. You will meet her in our consult room. She will inquire about your general health and help me examine you. She is responsible for all the nursing care before, during and after surgery. She will call you on the day following surgery to check how you are doing. She has over 13 years experience in looking after patient with plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.

After you see Dr. Panchal:
Tracey Viney: Tracey is the office manager at Genesis. You will see her after you have had your consultation with Dr Panchal. She is responsible for pricing your surgery and scheduling your surgery or cosmetic procedure. She will give you an accurate cost for the procedure and provide you with financing options if you need them. She will make sure that you have all the information you need before your surgery. She has over two decades of experience in healthcare management and she has been here at Genesis since we started in 2005.
